Alcohol License Renewal

STOP AND READ! Please do not submit this form until you have received notice from the State of Georgia Tax Center. All local alcohol licenses are now processed through the Georgia Tax Center. You will apply for your state license and your local license at the Georgia Tax Center.

Please visit the Georgia Department of Revenue to apply for your state alcohol license or renew your state alcohol license.

This form is for payment purposes only after the Georgia Tax Center has sent Eton confirmation of state license approvals. Original alcohol licensing application and renewal applications are now processed through the Georgia Tax Center Centralized Alcohol Licensing.

Guide to Getting Started

You must now apply for a new alcohol license or renew your existing license by using the Georgia Department of Revenue's new centralized application process. This new portal is designated for retail alcohol initial license registrations and renewals. With this new process, all local and state retail alcohol applications will uniformly be submitted through the Georgia Tax Center (GTC).

To Register a New Business for a Retail Alcohol License:
