VENDOR SET-UP AND TAKE-DOWN TIMES
ETON'S FIREWORKS FESTIVAL

Trailer Vendors Set-up Times: Friday, June 26th, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
All Other Vendors: Friday, June 26th, 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Vendor Spaces: Vendor spaces are assigned by the City of Eton. Please check-in with an
Eton representative for directions to your vendor space.

Vendors Open: 5:00 p.m.
Vendor Parking: All vehicles must be out of the festival area by 5:00 & not return
until all crowd has cleared. (NO EXCEPTIONS). We do not have a designated
Vendor parking area. You may park on the side of the road near your booth area
or in the general parking area. It is your responsibility to alert your staff.
Vendors Take-down: When dark approaches, you may pack up.
HOWEVER, please remain in your booth
space until event closes.
